Influencer Terms

Last updated: 4 August 2026

These terms, in plain English, are the agreement between you and the operator of Sprachpass for the influencer program. By registering as an influencer or creating a code you agree to them, together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. Joining the program

You register, and a person reviews your application, normally within a day. We decide who joins the program and can decline an application. A declined applicant may register again. Membership is personal to you and your channels; there is no exclusivity, no minimum posting duty, and no employment, agency, or partnership between us.

2. Your code and the split

Once approved, you create your own discount code. Every code shares a fixed total margin of 40% of the list price, and at creation you choose how that 40% is split between your audience's discount and your own commission. The split of a code cannot be changed after it is created; you can create a replacement code instead. You can have up to 3 active codes, and you can pause or resume a code at any time in your dashboard.

3. When you earn commission

You earn commission when a student pays with your code: on the first payment of that purchase. Renewals keep the student's discount but pay no further commission. Commission is calculated on the list price of what the student bought.

4. The 30-day hold and refunds

Each commission becomes payable 30 days after the student's payment. If the payment is refunded in that window, the commission is cancelled. If a refund happens after you were already paid, the amount is deducted from your future earnings.

5. Payouts

We pay out monthly. In India we pay by UPI or bank transfer once your payable balance reaches ₹1,000. Outside India we pay by bank transfer to your IBAN, in EUR or USD, once your balance reaches €100 or $100. Smaller balances simply roll over to the next month and are never lost. Euro earnings are paid in euros. Dollar earnings are paid in US dollars. If your bank account uses another currency, your bank changes the money.

6. Tax

Indian law requires us to deduct tax at source (TDS) on commission payments above the legal threshold, so we need your PAN before your first payout. Without a PAN, the law requires a much higher deduction. You are responsible for your own income tax on what you earn.

7. What is not allowed

You may not use your own code to buy for yourself, from any account. Detected self-purchases are cancelled and can end your membership. You also may not present falsified results or guarantees to your audience, and you must follow your platform's rules on disclosing partnerships.

8. Changes and ending the program

We can change these terms and the standard margin for codes created in the future, and we can pause a code or an account that breaks these terms. Commission you have already earned under the old terms stays yours. You can leave the program at any time by pausing your codes and telling us; we then pay out your remaining payable balance on the normal monthly schedule.
