Sprachpass

Sprachpass for institutes

Your students train under your name. You see everything.

Exam-format practice and mocks for the Goethe or telc paper each student will sit, on your own branded subdomain. Every run, every mock and every question a student got right or wrong, in one workspace.

The tour

See the institute workspace in action

A three-minute walk through registering, adding your students and reading every result.

About this page

An institute workspace has five parts: batches, students and licences, teacher access, batch progress and the branded student portal. Each one is a module page below, with the exact workflow and the honest list of what is still coming.

Registration is approval-gated. A person reviews every application before a workspace goes live, and the commercial terms are covered at registration or in a demo, never on these pages.

Bruno's tip. Start with one batch, not the whole timetable. One board, one level, its students and its teacher; the report at the end of the first week tells you what to set up next.

How to use it

Step by step, inside your week

  1. Step 1: Day one: register. Give your institute's name, a contact, the subdomain you want and an accent colour, confirm your email and choose a password.

  2. Step 2: Day one, later: a person reviews the application. Your branded subdomain goes live on approval, carrying your logo and colours.

  3. Step 3: Day two: add licences and your staff. Teachers and admins do not use licences, so add the whole staff room under People before any student arrives.

  4. Step 4: Day two: create the first batch. Pick the board and level, set the dates, and assign its teacher; access follows that assignment.

  5. Step 5: Day two, later: make the batch each student's primary batch for their level, since that is where their work is counted. When the course ends, close the batch and its history stays readable.

  6. Step 6: Day three: add the students. Enter one learner or paste up to 100 lines of email, name and level, set each seat's exam target, and place them in the batch.

  7. Step 7: Day three: send the invites. Each student opens a one-time link, sets a password, confirms the target you set, and lands under your name.

  8. Step 8: Day four: hand out the first work. Assign a Hören or Lesen practice run to the batch with a due date, and let each student sit a mock when the format feels familiar.

  9. Step 9: Day five: read the report. Filter by level and skill, read the contributing count before the percentage, and open the students behind any weak row.

  10. Step 10: Day six: act in class. Open a student's run to see each question and the answer picked, and build the next lesson from that, not from an average.

  11. Step 11: Day seven: plan the next intake. Renew seats early where you can, since a renewal extends the end date without losing days, and create the next batch.

Bruno's tip. Licences are only for students. Teachers, admins, batches and reports are part of the workspace, so add your whole staff room before the first student arrives.

Questions

What people ask first

Will our students see Sprachpass branding?

Your subdomain carries your logo, your name and your accent colour on every screen. Bruno and the practice product are shared by every institute, and there is no retail plan and no upsell aimed at your students.

How do licences work?

You assign each licence to a student by name and email. A licence lasts one month from the day you assign it, you see the exact end date before you confirm, and renewals stack so an early renewal loses no days.

What if we have too many licences?

Licences you have not assigned stay usable for one year, and an unassigned licence can be refunded within 30 days. Assigned licences are not refundable.

Where are the commercial terms?

They are covered when you register or book a demo. These module pages describe the workspace only.

How fast can we go live?

A person reviews every application. Once approved, your subdomain is live and you can assign your first licences the same day.

Do students need a Google account or an app?

No. Each student opens their invite link, sets a password and practises in the browser on any phone or laptop.

Which exams can our students prepare for?

Goethe and telc from A1 to B2, set for each seat. Inside the workspace each board and level shows whether practice is live or coming soon, and timed mocks open only where the paper is ready.
