Pick your board and level. Each plan tells you what to practise each week and when to pause, rehearse or add more time.
A1 and A2 use four weeks. B1 and B2 use eight.
These plans prepare the exam format, so add language-learning time if you are still building the level itself.
Week six of the Goethe B1 plan books 9 to 11 hours and reads: rehearse all four modules under exam timing and record four results out of 100, not one average. Its checkpoint line is the point of the week, because any module under 60 becomes the next week's repair target.
For everyday German already near A2; one month to make the exam shapes and timing familiar.

How to use it
Step 1: Open the plan on Monday and copy the week's focus line and checkpoint onto one card. That card is the whole brief for the week.
Step 2: Give every study day a Hören slot first, even a short one. Listening rewards repetition more than any other skill in these plans.
Step 3: Alternate Lesen and Schreiben on weekdays and keep Sprechen aloud, never silent. A speaking answer only counts once you have said it.
Step 4: Use the checkpoint sentence on Friday as a yes or no question. A no means repeat the week before adding the clock.
Step 5: On a mock checkpoint week, sit the mock in Real exam mode only once the format already feels familiar. A free account has one mock, so use the earlier checkpoints for timed practice runs and keep the mock for the last one.
Step 6: Use the pace options when life changes. Two weeks is only for learners who have finished the level; eight weeks adds language time before the exam weeks.

Questions
Four weeks can be enough when your German is already near the level. If the first two weeks show large language gaps, add time before the timed rehearsal block.
Goethe B1 and B2 are modular exams and telc B1 and B2 combine a written paper with an oral paper, so each skill needs its own preparation cycle. Eight weeks gives a baseline, a training block, two timed rehearsals and a taper.
Five or six short days usually work better than one long weekend. Keep one lighter day and protect daily listening when it appears in the plan.
Only after finishing the level. Every plan has a two-week option for a retake or one weak module, and it never compresses all four skills into that window.

Week seven repairs whatever fell below its pass line, a Goethe module or a telc paper, and keeps the rest warm. Week eight tapers into short daily contact, one final rehearsal early in the week, then rest and logistics, and its checkpoint closes the plan: exam day should feel familiar, and if it does not, add repair time instead of cramming.
Every plan has a starting-point card for that case: add language-learning weeks first, then begin the exam weeks. The plan prepares the format, not the whole language level, and the checkpoints will show quickly if the level is missing.
Each plan carries its own skill split. Hören gets a short daily slot on every plan, Lesen moves from untimed accuracy to timed sets, Schreiben repeats the exact task shapes, and Sprechen is rehearsed aloud, with the weakest skill given the extra session.
